Nine months after Hunt Harris Was arrested fin- an armed robbery he did not commit* the Woodville man’s criminal record has ‘been wiped clean.
Harris’s attorney Blair Howard was notified^tmnid-JulyThat the expungement had been certified in ’ Spotsylvania Circuit Court.
Howard said expungements normally require court hearings because they are usually opposed by the prosecuting commonwealth’s attorney.
But in Harris’s case, Spotsylvania Commonwealth’s Attorney William , F. Neely agreed that it was appropriate to clear the record for the longtime Rappahannock County resident.
