totally blocked. Day by day, Ryan’s lungs began to improve, and the tumors in his lymph nodes began to shrink. Although Ryan seemed to be recovering at home from the pneumonia, cancer and a blockage in his lymphatic system, the severity of his illness was just too much.

On Saturday, July 21, 2007, Ryan passed peacefully in his sleep. There was no sign, other than Ryan’s generally weak condition, that this would happen.
