If we had broadband in Rappahannock, Ray would have high speed internet and voice over IP phone. He would put it all on wireless and he and Cynthia could run multiple internet sessions. These services would increase efficiency and responsiveness and decrease cost for his business.
Ray supports the idea of improved telecom services. You can find him most mornings drinking coffee at Apple Hill Bakery with Eddie Wayland and Bill Dobrovir if you want to chat with him about the benefits high tech services!
