that there is more concern over speeding violations than over illegal drug use and distribution in Rappahannock County.
What kind of message are you sending to drug dealers when you say, and I quote Mr. Peter Luke’s remarks in last week’s paper, “Mr. Malik knew it was wrong, and he knew that if he got caught he would get in trouble. Yet he persisted in this behavior for a number of years.”
