First of all, to Mr. Luke: How can you not request jail time for any drug offense, especially one that involves growing a large amount of marijuana that was for whatever use?
To me it doesn’t matter if it was being grown as an ornamental annual. Illegal is illegal and it does not matter why he was growing it. It could just as easily have been grown to be sold to the youth of the county.
