You’re invited to a Christmas Concert featuring Missy "OCTAVIA" Yates and "Women of the Gospel,” Saturday, December 8, at 6 p.m. at die Wayland Blue Ridge Center, 15044 Ryland Chapel Rd, Rt. 640, Rixeyville. Featured “Women of the Gospel” include Charleata Williams, Evertta Lewis and the Women In Worship Choir, Laura Walker Nelson, Nidi Butler Roberts, Dr. Hortense Hinton, and others. The concert is sponsored by Warming Hearts and Homes of the T.C. Williams Foundation, founded by Thomas C. Williams, a 15-year career police officer with the Prince William County Pblice Department and a native of Rappahannock County. T.C. Williams Foundation is a nonprofit organization that assists needy families, the elderly and persons with disabilities. The concert is free and open to the public.
