home even more after the occasional evening away. I want long weekends when Mike and I escape from our everyday existence and talk to each for hours on the road and in restaurants and in hotel rooms. It’s a miracle that after 30 years we still never have enough time to get it all said!
I’d love to just run down to the Hackleys and pick up a few extra hours to make all this happen. But I’ve been informed by reliable sources that time is the one thing I can't buy. So, if any of my friends or family ask what I’m wanting for Christmas this year, just tell them to clear their calendars. All I want is the hardest thing to find in December, their time!

The 10-foot Christmas tree and the 50,000 cork Christmas display sound like a memorable experience for anyone. The $15 tickets include food, wine and the 2007 edition of their series of collectible glasses. The event is December 1 and 2 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. I hope to see you there!
