Nov. 29: Move than 90 served
The RAWL Spay and Neuter program has, in its first three months, now “fixed” more than a dozen dogs and nearly 50 cats! The program presents animal owners with a chance to spay/neuter at a fraction of the ordinary cost (fees range from $35 to $65). Further, the RAWL people are eager to hear about animal owners who are holding back, worried about even that amount of money.
