in the Reorganization Caucus, though there are some simple rules governing the Caucus. The doors to the caucus open at 9:00 a.m. for check in (and breakfast) and are closed at 10:00 a.m. for the start of the actual meeting and election. AD who wish to participate in the election of a new Democratic Committee must check in by 10:00 a.m. and sign a standardized Caucus Participation Form attesting that he or she is a Democrat, does not intend to support an> candidate who is opposed by a Democratic nominee in the ensuing general election, believes in the principles ol the Democratic Party, and is a registered voter in Rappahannock County.
Those Democrats who are interested in being elected as members of the new Committee must file an application for membership which must be in the possession ol the Credentials Officer present at the Check-in table by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 8.
