They will also be available from W)0 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at The Washington Town Hall on the day of the Caucus. It is not necessary to be present in order to be elected to the Committee, but it is necessary that the Application for Membership form be in the possession of the Caucus by the deadline.
It is the promise of continued growth that comes from renewal which makes this biennial reorganization of local committees so essential to The Democratic Party of Virginia. The local committee is the backbone of the Democratic Party, and Rappahannock’s backbone has been strengthening over the last several years. Rethinking, reenergizing, regrouping and recruiting will yield many more successes in the next two years. All are welcome to this party!
