Director of Development
Dynamic not-for-profit healthcare agency serving Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock counties, has an immediate opening for an experienced development professional to formulate and execute a comprehensive development plan. Responsible for managing all aspects of the development function, including strategic analysis, planning, marketing, major gifts (individual and corporate), planned giving, special events, annual and capital campaigns, and direct mail.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience, a proven track record of achieving fund raising goals, good computer skills, a strong strategic vision of development process, excellent motivational and team building skills, outstanding writing skills, be able to communicate effectively aid persuasively. Must be engaging, organized, creative and energetic. Dedication to excellence is essential.
