Street Repairs Miller noted that members of the council had inspected the streets in the town with Doug Bywaters from the highway department. According to the mayor, the highway department representatives had agreed to repair the sections pointed out to them. In addition, said Miller, he asked the department to mow the rightof-way at the entrances to the town.
As for the grass throughout the rest of the town, Charlie Jenkins reported that "Sleepy" Fincham, who regularly takes care of that duty, had agreed to mow but hadn’t done so yet.
Miller suggestet} that the town mowing be taken up again at the July council meeting.
By unanimous vote, the council agreed to advertise the town’s comprehensive plan for public hearing at the July meeting also. Miller reported that he’d discussed
