Mrs. Charlie Jenkins spent last week with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Butler and family in McLean. They were joined Saturday by Mr. Jenkins and Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Weakley and Ron of Luray and attended the graduation of Phillip Keith Butler.

Mrs. Ellen Manson is attending the American Nurses Association convention in Houston, Texas, this week as a delegate from Virginia. She is an active member of the Virginia Nurses’ Association on the State and District levels. Mrs. Manson’s mother, Mrs. Edna Carney of Newport News, arrived last Thursday to spend the week with Amelia and Charles Manson.

Mr. and Mrs. Kermit Weakley attended the graduation of Brian Bell at Woodbridge High School Friday and were present for a joint graduation-birthday celebration, honoring Kim and Larry Bell at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Bell in Woodbridge. The Weakleys were overnight guests Friday of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Dwyer in Woodbridge.

Bill Scoggin, a student at VPI, Blacksburg, has arrived to spend the summer with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Scoggin.

R. A. Baines spent the weekend in Suffolk and Virginia Beach and visited his father, R. A. Baines Sr.
