George P. Beard, Jr. and Raymond R. (Andy) Guest, Jr. have written to Mrs. Mary R. Jamieson, chairman of Trustees of the Rappahannock County Library, that they are supporting Senator John C. Buchanan’s bill governing expenditure of state aid funds for public libraries.
At the present time state aid funds may only be used for books, equipment, travel and for partial payment of salaries of certified librarians. This bill would allow the funds to be used in partial payment of salaries of
