Miss Deborah Jean Fortune, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles T. Fortune of Winchester, became the bride of Joseph Jacob Keys on January 23, 1982 at the Centenary United Church of Christ in Winchester. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John T. Keys of Boston.
The Rev. George H. Stein, Jr. performed the two o’clock ceremony. Organist was Cynthia Burke, soloist, Pam Houghton and pianfct, Barbara Norwood.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents. She wore a formal gown of white organza over English netting and taffeta. The high neckline and sheer yoke were accented with venise lace and tiny seed pearl clusters while the long bishop sleeves were cuffed with chantilly lace. The full draped skirt was scattered with venise lace motifs and the hemline was edged with scalloped lace. Layers of organza and lace draped the chapel train.
