The contract document! may be aecured at the office of F.M. Baumgardner and Associates, Engineers and Land Surveyors, Gay St., Washington, Virginia 22747. The bidders shall deposit the sum of *10.00 by check payable t o the above Authority when securing the Information of Bidders, Specifications and Drawings. This sum will be refunded when the materials are returned after bidding. Bidders may visit the site alone or they may contact the Engineer (67S-S230) for someone to accompany them.
A 5% bid bond and 100% performance bond will bo required.
