In reply to Saltonstall’s question on what can be done about trespassers, Capt. Keim said he’d given commonwealth’s attorney Douglas Baumgardner a list of six questions relating to trespass and received a prompt written reply.
“This is an avenue open for, those who have questions,” he said, adding that he’d found Baumgardner to be very helpful and cooperative.
“If you feel you need assistance in a trespass situation, you can call the sheriff’s department,’’ Baumgardner noted to Saltonstall.
“I’ve already had that happen—nobody would come,” she maintained.
