LIFE MEMBER—Mrs. Jessie Miller Turner (center! received a State Life Membership pin in the Virginia State Federation of Garden Clubs at last week’s meeting of the Rappahannock County Garden Club. Mrs. Joseph Nordone (right), president, made the presentation assisted by Mrs. Frank Hume, immediate past president. The local club honor was presented to Mrs. Turner in recognition of her long years of dedication and many contributions. She was third president of the club which was organized in 1949.
