Vi cup almonds
V« cup powdered sugar
Vi teaspoon cinnamon
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat well. Blend in sour cream and lemon juice. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Spread half of the batter in a greased 8inch square baking dish. Spoon strawberries on top of batter. Sprinkle powdered sugar, almonds and cinnamon on top. Spread remaining batter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
