Strawberry Soup
2 pints strawberries
1 cup orange juice
l'/j teaspoons quickcooking tapioca
‘/i teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup buttermilk
Vi cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Wash berries. Reserve a few whole ones for garnish. Hull and slice berries and place in blender with orange juice; puree. Add topioca and spices and blend 10 seconds more. Pour into a saucepan and cook over medium heat until tapioca is transparent. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chil several hours or midnight. Serve in cantaloupe or honeydew melon halves or glass soup bowls. Garnish with whole strawberries.

2 cups heavy cream, whipped
1 qt. strawberries Crush cookies, add sherry to make soft paste. Fold whipped cream into cookie paste. Refrigeratore this overnight. Save 8 small, perfectly-shaped strawberries and slice remaining berries into '/*” slices. The whole strawberries are the center of the rose and the slices are the petals. At serving time, place
