ranges; provided: (a) no range may be located closer than 100 yards from any public road, residence or business unless the owner consents thereto in writing; (b) the range shall be constructed in accordance with a site plan, (c) no range may be operated unless inspected by the Building Inspector tor compliance with the site plan; (d) no range shall be located closer than 150 feet from any property line, unless the adjoining property owner consents in writing, (e) no range shall be'used before 9:00 a m. or after 5:00 p m; (f) the owner or his agent shall be present at all times the range is in operation; (g) there shall be no consumption of alcohol on the property where the range is located and no intoxicated person shall be allowed on the range.”
