1 pt. Strawberries 2 packages (3 oz. ea.) of strawberry gelatin 1 pt. whipping cream. Crush strawberries, drain juice and reserve. Add enough water to juice to make one and one-half cups. Bring juice to a boil, stir in the gelatin, dissolve and cool. Add strawberries and sugar. Whip cream and fold in. Pour into 2-quart ring mold or l‘/2 qt. with 2” collar. Chill several hours or overnight. Serves 8.
