Right now, say the Easthams, they need summer clothes to sell on consignment and they’ll accept winter wear starting the end of August.

A visit there in mid-June turned up a framed Currier and Ives print, a giant wicker butterfly, picture frames, an aquarium, a grape vine wreath, and a working typewriter.

There are racks and racks of clothing in all sizes, many in very good shape. For avid readers, there’s a large supply of paperback books. Unusual items are latchhook rugs, quilts, a Helen Bridges oil painting and a seashell mirror.
