Visiting Susan Laing Platt and her sons, Charlie and Sage at her family home in Amissville during the past three weeks were some close friends from Baltimore, Arden Walker with her children, Edith and Grant, and Matthew Hudson. Also visiting from Goucher College in Towson were Joe Morton, Professor of Philosophy; Jack Chamberlain, Professor of Religion; Joann Rashad, a religion major; Esther Gibbs, Professor of Chemistry; Janet Shambaugh, Professor of Biology and George Delahunty, Professor of Biology. This past week Sage and his friend, Grant returned for a visit to the Luray Caverns.
