Property involved: 11.2739 acres situate in the Town of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, fronting on Main Street and State Route 622, improved by house. Refer to Tax Map #20A, parcels 15,16,17 and 21 Survey of property available upon request. 2. Present owners: The Estate of Caldwell Jackson Stuart and William M. Stuart, Jr. 3. Requirements for offers: a) offers shall be sealed and received by Luke and Genebach, Ltd., P.O. Box 6, Washington, Virginia, on or before 4:00 p.m., 2 September, 1983; b) offers may be for all or a portion of the property involved and may be for cash or may propose owner financing; c) offers shall be signed, contain the name, address arid telephone number of the offeror, and remain open until 30 September, 1983; d) offers shall contain a provision for a deposit to be made within 10 days of notice of acceptance. 4 All offers will be kept confidential There will be no public opening of offers. 5. If any offer is acceptable, the offeror will be notified of acceptance on or before 30 September, 1983.
