Planning districts nine and ten, covering an area from Nelson to Fauquier County and including 11 jurisidictions, have established a joint private industry council to administer the new training program, he said. Rappahannock is represented on the council by Butch Zindel.
Capelle reported that the council has developed a “good plan” for running the new program locally and asked that Latham be designated to act on behalf of the county in working to expedite implementation of that plan.
