Pursuant to the provisions of a deed of trust executed by Joseph Erwin Lesh to James W Fletcher, Trustee, dated and recorded October 11,1979, in the Clerk s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 133, at page 504, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of the debt thereby secured, and being requested by the holder so to do, the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at public ; auction, to the highest bidder or bidders, at the front door of the Rappahannock County Court House in Washington, Virginia, on SATURDAY, August 27, 1983, at 9:30 A M (DST), the following property, to-wit:

This tract contains 26.134 acres.”
The real estate herein described is the same which was conveyed to Joseph Erwin Lesh by deed dated July 30, 1979, and recorded October. 11, 1979, in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 133, at page 501.
