The five-member grand jury also returned true bills against Mary Runion and Mickey Henry of Huntlv for manufacture of marijuana with intent to distribute. The charges are the result of a major drug enforcement operation by the State Police last August that involved helicopter surveillance coordinated with ground patrols.

The judge ordered a capias issued for the pair and set bond at $500 cash or corporate surety on each. Runyon s trial is set for December 23 before a jury. With few open court dates remaining in the current year. Judge Robertson suggested that the charges agaihst Henry be heard here by Judge Thomas Horne, on December ‘JO.
