Class Reunion Planned
Plans are underway for a five year class reunion for the 1979 graduating class of Rappahannock County High School. An organizational meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 6 at 7:30 p.m. at the home of Kim Gilkey Burke in Woodville. For additional information call Kim at 987-8570.
Claire’s Knee
On Saturday and Sunday, June 2 and 3 at 7:30, the French movie “Claire’s Knee” will be shown at Gay Street Theatre. A highly acclaimed story done with tongue-in-cheek about a vacationing diplomat who professes an interest in women’s minds, yet has an undefined desire for a young girl’s knee.
Frazier Reunion
The Robert Frazier family reunion will be held at the Rappahannock Park near Washington on Saturday, June 9 beginning at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to come and bring a picnic lunch.
Cookout And Bake Sale
There will be a cookout and bake sale at the home of Mr. Charlie Lewis in Sperryville on Saturday, June 2 beginning at 12 noon.
Ladies Auxiliary To Meet
The Flint Hill Ladies Auxiliary will meet on Monday, June 4 at 7:30 p.m. at the fire hall. Preliminary plans for the carnival which will be held August 1-4 will be discussed. All members are urged to attend.
