“No comment,” said Konick.
“I don’t think you can do that,” said Kramer.
“I’ll make no comment because this is not an appropriate place for these remarks,” said Konick. “This is not an enforcement body.”
“Who does have the power of enforcement of the permits?” demanded Kidwell.
“Mr. Konick does, as Zoning Administrator,” responded Bird.
“We may have no authority,” said Kramer. “But we must endeavor to help citizens find satisfaction. We do need people to see that our decisions must be enforced.”
Konick responded that he hadn’t had time to inspect the Saltsonstall project and that he would need more time to do so. He added that the BZA meeting was not an appropriate place for such a complaint.
“Where is an appropriate place,” asked KidweU. “If I’m not satisfied with his actions, to whom do I appeal?”
“You can appeal to us,” said Kramer.
