COMPARED WITH BUDGET FOR THE CURRENT YEAR This budget synopsis is prepared and published tor informative and fiscal planning purposes only. The inclusion in the budget of any item or items does not constitute an obligation or commitment on the part ot the Board of Supervisors of this County to appropriate any funds tor that item or purpose. There is no allocation, or designation of any funds, of this County for any purpose until there has first been an appropriation tor that purpose by the Board ot Supervisors. A hearing will be held by the Board ot Supervisors on the budget tor informative purposes at the Kappahannock County Court House on the 4th day of June, 1984 at 10:00 A.M. at which tima any citizen ot this County shall have the right to attend and state his views. A budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1984 will be adopted by the Board ot Supervisors no later than July t, 1984 and at least seven days following the hearing at which time the Board of Supervisors shall fix a tax rate for the budget year.
