NOTICE The Planning Commission of Rappahannock County has recetved from the AcMsory Committee an appKcation lor e tegon to the existing Ned Johnson Agricultural and Foreetal Dietrid in the Piedmont District of Rappahannock County, Virginia and has recommended approval of same. The application is made pursuant to Chapter 38, Section 15.11509 of the Code of Virginia. 1950 as amended. Pursuant to Sections 15.1-431 and 15.1-1511 of the Code of Virginia as amended, and Article 17-3of the Zoning Ordtoance of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given of the following: (i) The aforesaid proposal is on file and open to public inspection in the Office of the Clerk of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors.
