“This just doesn’t fit into the concept of an agricultural area with one dwelling,” said Peter Kramer.
“Does it make any difference to you that it is an efficiency?” asked chairman Lee Bird.
“There could be some argument on that point,” responded Kramer. “But there’s always the possibility of expansion, resale and more people. It would be a bad precedent.”
