Probation Counselor
Clyde (Ted) Walsworth, 41, died Sept. 7 at his home in Washington, Va.
Mr. Walsworth was a probation counselor in Fauquier and Rappahannock counties.
He is survived by his wife Georgia, a son Peter, a daughter Sarah, his mother Mrs. Barbara Walsworth, Blowing Rock, N C., and his sister Pamela Keller.
A memorial service was conducted Sept. 10 at the Washington Baptist Church.

Clifton Resident
John Daniel Kennedy, 66, of Clifton, died Friday, September 7 at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg.
Funeral services were conducted on Monday at Geest-Johnson Fuenral Home by the Rev. Floyd T. Binns. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Gladys Smith Kennedy; three daughters, Lucy Fitzgerald and Shirely Ann Anderson of Alexandria and Eleanor Kerns of Gainesville; two sisters, Ella Benning of Boston and Mary Kennedy of Rixeyville; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Russell Dodson
Construction Worker
Russell Ellis Dodson, Sr., 69, of Front Royal, died Sunday, September 9 in the Martinsburg West Virginia Veterans Administration Medical Center.
Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday at the Omps Funeral Home in Winchester by the Rev. Michael L. Grooms. Burial was in Shenandoah Memorial Park, Winchester.
Mr. Dodson was born September 25,1924, in Sperryville, son of Ellie Atkins Dodson of Winchester and the late Ellis B. Dodson. He was married to the late Pauline H. Dodson.
Mr. Dodson was a construction worker for Ricketts Construction in Winchester. A veteran of the U.S. N%yy in World War 11, he was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2123 in Winchester.
In addition to his mother, survivors include four sons, Russell Dodson, Jr. and Reger Dodson, both of Win-' cheater, Richard Dodson of Middletown and Ronald Dodson of Front Royal; two daughters, Brenda Miller of Winchester and Shirley DeHaven of Stephens City and 16 grandchildren.
Also surviving are three sisters, Hester Ramey, Esther Dodson and Dorothy Bailey, all of Winchester and three brothers, James and Charles Dodson of Winchester and Paul Dodson of Toms Brook.
