The “vendetta” that kept coming out throughout this conflict is being projected towards the Kid wells by Mr. Konick. If indeed Mr. Konick cannot handle these issues without the influence of personal feelings, then I suggest Mr. Konick should seriously consider resigning as our zoning administrator.
In reference to Mr. Konick’s refusal at the BZA meeting to answer Mrs. Kidwell’s question because he “was not going to be crossed examined by Mrs. Kidwell,” perhaps he should forget it is “Mrs. Kidwell” and realize she is also a citizen of Rappahannock County.

As We Move On
To the editor
Fall brings a new film series to the .Gay Street Theatre in Washington, and with it a varied and exciting array of highly acclaimed films from around the world. It is extraordinarily difficult to select nearly 50 films each year which meet both high critical standards and a broad audience appeal. For the most part we feel we have succeeded, though we admit to an occasional “bomb” and are aware that we do not and can not meet the personal needs of everyone.
As we move on we will sadly miss
