So stated Vince Hannon of Castleton who led a September 6 meeting at the Washington Fire Hall attended by residents bent on animal-welfare reform-and working with elected officials to get it.
It was an organizational meeting, Hannon told the meeting’s 14 attendees early-on. And the chairman pro tern immediately set out to organize.
