The wedding of Judith Vail Jarrett of Washington, D.C., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Blystone Jarrett, Jr. of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to Thomas Michael Exton of Washington, D.C., son of Lt.
