PUBLIC HEARINGS
REGARDING STATE AGENCY REGULATIONS Notice is given, in compliance with Section 9-6.14:7.1 of the Code of Virginia, that the following public hearing regarding proposed state agency regulations will be held to afford the public with an opportunity to express views. The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries has ordered to be published, pursuant to Sections 29125,29-126 and 29-127 of the Code of Virginia, the following proposed changes in Commission regulations applicable to counties East of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Pulaski County. A public hearing on the advisability of adopting, or amending and adopting, each of the proposed changes, or any part thereof, will be held at the Hyatt Richmond, 6624 W. Broad Street and I-64, Richmond, Virginia, beginning at 9:30 a m. on May 3,1985, at which any interested citizen present shall be heard. If the Commission is satisfied that proposed changes in its regulations, or any parts thereof, are advisable, in the form in which published or as amended as a result of the public hearing, the Commission may adopt each such proposal, acting upon the proposals separately or in block.
