Joseph Arthur Wenk pled guilty to four separate traffic violations in General District Court on Tuesday, and he offered no explanation of the charges.
Wenk was charged with speeding (84/55) and using improper equipment on February 14, and on March 3 he was charged with speeding (68/55) and using defective equipment.
Judge John Alexander fined Wenk $100 in addition to $20 costs and suspended his operator’s license for the 84/55 charge, and Wenk received an additional $15 fine for the improper equipment charge. For the 68/55 charge, Wenk was fined $26 plus $20 costs, and Judge Alexander fined Wenk $15 for using defective equipment.
