Amend subsection (a-2) (subsection C) of R6-3 (S 4), regarding bow and arrow hunting, to read as follows: (a-2) (C.) Bag limit. Notwithstanding other provisions of this regulation, it shall be lawful to take deer of either sex during the archery seasons provided for in subsections A. and B. of this section; provided, that the taking of such deer is within the total daily and seasonal bag limits provided for deer; provided further, that no more than two deer of either sex may be taken under the provisions of the special archery license, which shall be in addition to the seasonal bag limits provided for deer.
