The exhibit also includes Laurie Marshall’s magnified Iris and Amaryllis I and IJ, Lynette Nicolas’ honeysuckle flowers which spill over the picture onto the matte, Doug Ball’s masculine and solid oil of Queen Anne’s Lace, Maggie Morris’ delicate watercolor of peach blooms with a dark background, Millie Palmer’s pink against black oil, and Phyllis McCreery’s fire red flower.
Nina Moore has a delicate, tiny iris pin and Jeanne Drevas’ stoneware ritual pots with vine handles and beads and lovely colors are also a wonderful addition to the show.
Middle Street Gallery, now an artists’ cooperative, is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1 until 7. The show will run through the end of June.
