During the Board of Supervisors’ June 4 budget work session, Supervisor Hubert Gilkey said he again met with kennel owner John Klein. Mr. Klein suggested the construction of fenced dog runs and a cinder block wall to separate his dogs from the pound strays, said the chairman.
