Natural Dyeing — Learn to dye cloth, wool, baskets, or almost any item naturally with the colors of the earth. Class will be held on Thursdays from 4 to 6:30 p.m. from July 12-August 7 at Lord Fairfax Community College. The tuition is $39.00.
Spinning — In this class, beginnins spinners will learn how to produce home spun yam, spin on a drop spindle or spinning wheel, set up a wheel, finish skein, and also what sources are available for supplies and equipment. Classes will meet on Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. from June 21-July 12 at Lord Fairfax Community College.
