Mr. Brown said that his customers will have the advantage of NAPA’s 6500-dealer network nationwide. The company has a tollfree number (1-800-LET-NAPA) to refer travelers to the nearest NAPA store. In additon, there is a national warranty plan so that parts bought at one store can be serviced by any other NAPA store in the event of a problem while traveling.
He added that he is pleased with the response to the new department. “We decided to do this because we put on a lot of parts ourselves, and it was sometimes a hassle getting them. The parts department also means that we can supply do-ityourself mechanics with parts right here in the county, instead of them having to go somewhere else to get them. It will save time for everyone.”
The NAPA parts center will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. B and B is closed on Sunday.
