National Honor Society induction ceremonies were held May 21 at Rappahannock County High School for students chosen on the basis of scholarship, leadership, character, and service.
New inductees for the 1985-86 school year were: Juniors Lee Baines, Rodney Grimsley and Jonathan Watson; Sophomores April Adams, Roy Alther, Godfrey Freeman, Randy Jenkins, Leslie Nichols and Sean Wayland. Junior Heather Blevins was inducted on June 7.
Students who received a letter for one year of service were Bonnie Grimsley, Thomas Massie, Ann Salmon, Kristi Pendleton, Kenneth Jenkins and Marilyn Hickerson.
Pins were presented to the outgo,ng officers who had been in the club for two years. They were Chariot; e Magee president, Tara Fisher vice president, Karen Jordan secretary. and Natalie Butler treasurer.
