Army Specialist 4 Peter Ruzich, son of retired Lt. Col. and Mrs. Rudolph L. Ruzich, has arrived for duty with the 13th Armor in West Germany. He is a 1978 graduate of Culpeper County High School.

Mrs. C. A. Miller returned home Friday following a week’s visit with her mother Mrs. Dorothy Amick and family in Cornwall, Pa. Mrs. Miller, accompanied by Mrs. Protasio Maymi of Blacksburg, recently spent some time at the Lexington Hotel while visiting in New York City.
Army Private Elizabeth L. Bartholow, niece of Margaret B. and Robert Christensen of the RevaBoston route, has completed basic training at Fort Jackson, S. C.
We extend our deepest sympathy to Charles Woodard and family, who live on Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Durant’s The Hill farm, at the death of his father Harry C. Woodard, who passed away at the University Hospital, Charlottesville, last Thursday.

Our congratulations to Miss Natalie Faith Butler, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Butler, upon her graduation from Rappahannock High School. She was named valedictorian of her class. Miss Butler plans to continue her studies at the University of Virginia this fall.
