snow peas, spinach, radishes and broccoli. Later in the summer other seasonal vegetables, fruits and berries will appear. Several new members have joined the market, which is a cooperative effort, adding greater variety to the vegetables and greater volume of baked goods.
The bakers will produce the old Farmers’ Market favorites, now packaged under the Farmers’ Market label, but baked at home with the same care and fresh ingredients as before. There will be freshlybaked French, whole wheat, English muffin and Italian peasant bread.
