There will also be wooden items including cheese boxes and toys, leather work, yam, handmade sweaters, Indian jewelry, plants, pedigreed rabbits and the work of painters, potters and photographers.
Entertainment will include bluegrass and mountain music by the Country Echoes, bluegrass by the Old Rag Mountain Boys, folk songs by Mark Brookman, Sandy Turner and Teresa Hamm, and gospel singing by Jane and Bill Sylvia.
During the day Trinity Episcopal Church will sell Holy Chow including ham biscuits, iced tea, lemonade, a variety of sweets including ice cream. Newsman and author James Kilpatrick will be among the experienced ice cream dippers.
The Fire Department sells bratwurst and com on the cob, the 4-H Livestock Club will sell lamb barbecue and lamburgers, and the Small Farmers Market will sell whole wheat French bread, poppy seed cake and iced herbal teas.
