Johnny Riggins made a special trip here the other day to visit Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Durant at The Hill farm upon learning Miss Emily had just returned from the hospital. She says he certainly cheered them up along with being proud of his baby girl Liberty who is such a joy to the family. Good to hear that Mr. Durant was able to be out Monday and took a ride into Sperryville to see old friends and back home by Castleton Mountain.

Mrs. Gayle Filyo of Wheaton, Md., spent last weekend here with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Wood at Dun-Lookin farm and with her mother attended the Culpeper festival Saturday evening.

Mrs. Clarence W. Jenkins and her daughter Charlotte Gaines were guests Thursday evening of Mrs. Nina Sisk in Sperryville.
