AND BEING the same and identical tract or parcel of land conveyed to John Walker Jenkins by deed from Daniel Noce, et us, dated May 3,1973 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 107, at Page 478. Referenced is hereby made to the aforesaid deeds and to the references therein contained for a more complete and accurate description of the tract or parcel of land thereby conveyed. Sale shall be made subject to all existing easements, restrictions, covenants and other matters of record as the same may lawfully affect the real estate. Said sale, as to all of the above described deeds of trust, is subject to a deed of trust in favor of the Rappahannock National Bank recorded among the aforesaid land records in Deed Book 111 at page 293. Said sale, as the the deed of trust recorded in Deed Book 141 at page 795, is subject to a deed of trust in favor of the Second National Bank of Culpeper recorded among the aforesaid land records in Deed Book 137 at page 24.
